Role Description/Criteria

Applications are invited from leaders who are excited about being part of a learning community that works together to inspire our students. Please note the POL for this position will be confirmed.

Leaders must demonstrate the ability to foster and maintain positive professional relationships with student, work collaboratively and in partnership with parents.

The successful applicant will be organised, enthusiastic and a dedicated member of our professional learning team and is required for Semester 1 2024.

The successful applicant will:

be committed to the ethos of a Catholic school

be able to integrate faith and life within the curriculum

be able to lead our community to ensure differentiation and accommodation of student with a range of abilities and learning

have a sound knowledge and understanding of current thinking and research into learning diversity and NCCD compliance

possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

effectively use data to inform the teaching and learning of students

support staff in the provision of learning experiences that are engaging and purposeful

have knowledge of evidence based learning

contribute and collaborate to enhance student learning

be an active member of the leadership team

build teacher capacity in identifying and planning for students with a range of needs

The successful applicant should:

be accredited to teacher Religious Education

Hold current VIT registration

Have a strong commitment to the ethos of the Catholic school
