History:
St Peter's Primary School opened in 1971 with an enrolment of 66 children. The first principal was Sr Conrad Hannischefegen (Sisters of Charity). Since its humble beginning the school has grown in strength.

St Peter's School has 22 learning spaces, a straight class structure, a library, a multipurpose hall, a tuckshop, before and aftercare facilities, and a recently refurbished administration building. The playing areas include 2 playground areas, artificial turf, a basketball court and netball rings. St Peter's School and Catholic Church are on the same site.
