History:
St Clare's Parish Primary School opened in 1977 with approximately 150 students under the leadership of Sister Joan Wilson RSM (1977-1981). Since then the school has grown and developed to cater for our current enrolment of 421 students from 294 families. The school has undergone three major and sequenced building programs throughout its history
Description:
St Clare's is situated 15 kilometres north of ³Ô¹Ï²»´òìÈ on a five-acre site. There are 15 classrooms, 14 in the main buildings and 1 relocatable. An administration block and library complex are complemented by a 90-seat amphitheatre, landscaped gardens, oval, adventure playground, sand pit and marble pit, fitness track, basketball courts and passive play areas. Many of these areas are shaded. Each classroom is utilising 5 computers to enhance the students’ learning in each key learning area and all classrooms are air-conditioned
