Role Description/Criteria

  • Secretarial and administrative duties for the Business Manager and delegates as directed, and in accordance with regulatory and legal obligations.
  • Duties include:
    • Minutes and Agendas for meetings
    • Administration support for Master Plan Projects
    • Create, format and update key documents
    • Scan and file documents for archive on File Director
    • Administrative tasks
    • Prepare letters and correspondence
    • Diary management
  • Assist with efficient communication flow to and from the Business Manager
  • Back up for Reception duties as required
  • Other duties as directed by the Business Manager or Principal
