Role Description/Criteria
- Secretarial and administrative duties for the Business Manager and delegates as directed, and in accordance with regulatory and legal obligations.
- Duties include:
- Minutes and Agendas for meetings
- Administration support for Master Plan Projects
- Create, format and update key documents
- Scan and file documents for archive on File Director
- Administrative tasks
- Prepare letters and correspondence
- Diary management
- Assist with efficient communication flow to and from the Business Manager
- Back up for Reception duties as required
- Other duties as directed by the Business Manager or Principal
